 No. Hypnosis is not sleep. You’ll be fully aware of what’s happening, able to hear my voice, and free to stop at any time. Think of it as guided focus, not losing control 


 Yes — as long as you’re open and willing, hypnosis can work for you. Most people naturally enter light trance states every day, like when daydreaming or becoming absorbed in a book or movie. Hypnosis simply guides that natural state in a purposeful direction


Most programs are 3 sessions, except for weight loss which is 6 sessions. During your free clarity call, we’ll decide what works best for you 


 Most people describe hypnosis as feeling deeply calm and relaxed — similar to the peaceful state you might experience during meditation or right before falling asleep. Some clients leave a session feeling refreshed and energized, while others feel so relaxed they want to rest afterward. There’s no right or wrong way to experience hypnosis — your mind and body will respond in the way that’s best for you
